SmartHorizon.AI doesn't replace your people. It takes the phones, the follow-ups, and the repeat questions off their plate. Your team keeps doing the work only they can do, and every customer still gets a fast, real answer.

Saturday, 9 PM

A customer's system goes down. Instead of a missed call, they get a real conversation — someone who tries the obvious fixes and knows exactly when to say "this needs a technician." By Monday, it's already logged and waiting on your desk.

A new hire's first week

They ask how something's supposed to be done. Instead of hunting down whoever trained you five years ago, they ask SmartHorizon.AI — and get the same correct answer, every time, at 2pm or 2am.

A quiet Tuesday afternoon

Three customers call within twenty minutes. All three get a real conversation, not a hold queue — and by the time anyone checks in, all three are logged, sorted by urgency, ready to act on.

You don't overhaul anything. You just turn it on.

No new system to learn, no months-long rollout — SmartHorizon.AI slots in behind what you're already doing.

It learns your business

Your services, your customers, your existing procedures — not a generic script.

It goes to work

Answering calls, supporting customers, keeping records straight — 24 hours a day, starting day one.

It hands you the wheel

Anything real — money, a promise, a serious issue — comes straight to you. It never decides that on its own.

Answered instantly

Every incoming call is picked up in real time by your Front Desk role — no hold music, no voicemail, any hour of the day or night.

Connected live

When a caller needs a specific member of your team, the call transfers straight through — a live handoff, never a dead end.

Solved by tech support

Technical questions route to your 24-hour tech support role, which walks the caller through it, opens a ticket automatically, and escalates the moment a technician actually needs to be dispatched.

Followed up by text

Every call can close with a text — a summary, a ticket number, a link to reschedule. Customers can reply, or start a tech-support conversation by text instead of calling in at all.

Reaches out too

It doesn't just wait for the phone to ring. Confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups go out the same way — logged, tracked, and never sent without your rules in place.

Logged on your dashboard

Anything that isn't handled live — a message, a ticket, a callback request — lands in your custom dashboard, sorted and waiting, so nothing gets missed between shifts.

A quick note on how we talk about this: your team means the people who already work for you. Your AI team (or SmartHorizon.AI) means the five roles doing everything described above. And your customer is exactly who it sounds like — the person on the other end of all of it.

Why not just another AI answering service

This space isn't empty. Here's what's actually different.

A team, not a bot

Most AI answering services are one generic voice doing one job. This is five specialized roles working from the same playbook.

Guardrails, not guesses

It never invents a fact, a price, or a promise. Anything involving money or a real emergency goes straight to you or your team — automatically.

Proven on a real business

This didn't start as a pitch deck. It started as one owner's own phone problem, and it's still running there today.

A real emergency reaches you — automatically. A genuine danger signal escalates straight to the owner's phone with a briefing, and falls back to a live answering service if there's no answer. Every trigger gets logged.

The owner always has an override. A verified owner can step in, test any scenario, or take direct control any time — nothing about this is a black box, even to the people it's built for.

Your business stays your business.

You're trusting us with your customers, your prices, and how you run things. Here's exactly what happens to all of it.

Only your people see it

Your account is walled off from every other account. Nobody at SmartHorizon.AI opens your calls, customers, or files. If you ask us for help, you grant access, it's time-limited, and it shows up in your Activity log.

Never sold, never used to train AI

Your data isn't sold, shared for marketing, or used to train anyone's AI models. It's used for one thing: running your team.

Locked down end to end

Encrypted in transit and at rest, on hardened servers, with two-step login for every user and a log of every access.

Yours to take with you

Export your customers, call history, and scripts anytime. When you leave, take it all. Ask us to delete it and it's gone for good.

The plain truth about the AI part. To answer your calls, your AI team has to understand them. That work is done by machines, through a short list of vetted providers held to these same rules and named in our privacy policy. People don't read it. We'd only ever hand anything over if the law requires it, and we'll tell you first whenever we're allowed to.

Everything on the budget end does one job: answer the phone. Everything on the enterprise end is a routing and AI-assist tool sitting on top of a staff you still have to hire, train, and pay — often across dozens or hundreds of seats. SmartHorizon.AI is the only one on this page that's an actual five-role back office: front desk, tech support, management oversight, training, and HR, working as one organization. It doesn't sit on top of your headcount, and it isn't limited to picking up the phone — it's built to work alongside whoever you already have.

Built for small and mid-size businesses first — but the same model works for a company at any size that's ready to run leaner without cutting into service quality. Fewer people doing repetitive work, the same attentive experience for every customer, and a lot less overhead standing between the two.

Is this for you? Plain answers.

For anyone who'd rather read than click around.

Why a business needs this

Every unanswered call is a customer deciding whether to wait for you or call someone else — and most don't wait. Hiring enough people to cover every hour, every weekend, and every rush is the only other fix, and for most small businesses it's out of reach.

This covers those hours. Your people keep doing the work only they can do; the phones, the follow-ups, and the repeat questions stop landing on them.

What it costs, in plain words

$399 a month covers the starter team and 500 minutes of calls. Past that, it's $0.60 a minute. No per-seat fees.

Example: a shop taking about 15 calls a day at 3 minutes each uses roughly 990 minutes a month — about $690 all in. That's less than one week of a full-time receptionist's pay.

It's a fit if…

  • Calls come in while you're on a job, on a ladder, or asleep.
  • A missed call usually means a missed job.
  • You answer the same ten questions every week.
  • You want to grow without adding payroll first.

It's probably not for you if…

  • You get a handful of calls a month.
  • Someone already answers every call, every hour, and loves doing it.
  • Your callers need licensed advice — legal, medical, financial — on the first call.
  • You want a robocaller for cold marketing. This doesn't do that.

Built to stay on the right side of the rules

AI phone and text systems are already regulated, and the rules keep getting more specific. This is built around that from day one, not bolted on after the fact.

On the phone. Every call states plainly who's calling and what business it's for — the standard the FCC held AI-generated voices to when it confirmed, in 2024, that they're treated the same as any other artificial or prerecorded voice under the TCPA. Outbound calls placed with an AI voice need the recipient's consent first. Answering a call someone placed to you — most of what this does — falls outside that rule entirely.

By text. Every text program runs on the same rules carriers already enforce: clear opt-in before the first message, "message and data rates may apply" spelled out, and a reply of STOP honored immediately and automatically — every time, no exceptions.

On your website. Regulators increasingly expect that same opt-in and opt-out choice to be visible somewhere a customer can find it before they ever call. If your site doesn't have that yet, getting it added is part of setup — not one more thing left for you to chase down.

The honest part. None of this is about hiding what's answering the phone. It says so, plainly — the same way it would if a person answered and said "you've reached our office," because they have. This is a compliance posture, not a disguise.

General information, not legal advice. Federal rules here are settled; state rules are still multiplying and vary by jurisdiction — review your specific setup with your own attorney before launch.

The questions every owner asks first

Straight answers, before you have to ask.

Will my customers know they're talking to AI?

Yes. It says so plainly, right in the greeting. Nothing here is built to trick anyone — it's built to make sure nobody reaches a voicemail box when they needed a real answer.

Does it sound like a robot?

No — it's a natural, conversational voice that talks the way your best front-desk person would. Honestly, the fastest way to judge is to hear it: ask us for a live demo call.

What happens when it can't handle something?

It hands off instead of guessing. That means a live transfer to someone on your team, a ticket for tech support, or a message waiting on your dashboard. A genuine emergency goes straight to the owner's phone, with a live answering service as the backup.

What if it's not for me?

Then it costs you nothing. Your first 45 days are free. We remind you at day 30, and you can suspend or cancel with one click anytime before day 45. If you step away later, we keep your team, scripts, and history saved for 12 months so you can pick up exactly where you left off.

Who can see my data?

You and the people you add to your account. Nobody at SmartHorizon.AI opens your calls, customers, or files unless you ask us for help, and that access is time-limited and logged. Your data is never sold or used to train AI. You can export it anytime and take it with you when you leave. How we protect it

Why do you need a card if the first 45 days are free?

It holds your spot and keeps your service running without a gap if you decide to stay. Nothing is charged for 45 days, you get a reminder at day 30, and cancelling before day 45 means you're never billed.

How do referral credits work?

Once you're a member, refer another business. When they stay past their first 45 days, $100 goes toward your bill, and they get $100 off their first month. There's no cap, so a few referrals can cover a month.

Do I have to change my phone number?

In most setups, no. Your existing number forwards to it, so customers keep calling the number they already know.

How does setup work?

It's built around your real services, prices, policies, and procedures first — then tested against real scenarios before it ever answers a customer. Most businesses start with after-hours calls only, review every conversation, and expand from there.

Can I start small?

Yes. Start with the starter team and switch on add-on departments — sales, dispatch, billing, project coordination, marketing — only when your business actually needs them.

Is there a long-term contract?

No long-term contract is required. It has to earn its place every month.

Who owns the call records?

You do. Call logs, transcripts, and tickets belong to your business and live in your dashboard.
